Week 1: Opening Thread: Post your Blog Entries as Comments to my Main Post Each Week

Post Comments like this:

1. Your Name
2. A Title
3. A short personal commentary what you learned from it or what made you curious about it given the week's class content. However, it doesn't have to be about the week's content, only something related to human-environmental interactions.
4. Then put a long line ('-------------------)'.
5. Then cut/paste A SMALL PART of the article or topic you found. (This is because blogger.com now has a limit of "4096 characters" in blog comments. However, that should be enough to concentrate on your own comments, and provide an excerpt and a link to the original article. If you do want more space, and I encourage it, post a second time to get another "4096 characters".)
6. Then a small line '---'.
7. Then, finally, paste the URL (link) of the post.

Post for the first week on this thread. I'll set up a new main post each week, and then we will do the same.

Lately, the discussion about texting has mostly focused on teenagers, who now often send hundreds of text messages per day. While voice calling is still the primary use of cell phones for adults, almost three quarters of all adults in the U.S. now send and receive text messages. According to a new study by the Pew Internet and American Life Project, the average adult texter sends and receives 10 messages per day, but a minority (4%) now sends more than 200 messages every day.
About 50% of all adults who use text messaging send between 1 and 10 messages, 25% send between 11 and 50 messages a day, 10% send between 50 and 200 messages. How does this compare to teenagers? According to an earlier Pew report, a smaller percentage of teenagers uses text messages (54%) than adults, but those that do use it tend to use it far more often than adults. About half of all teens in the U.S. send 50 or more text messages a day and one in three sends more than 100 messages a day.

    2. juvenile delinquency

    3. In a society that changes radically, youth culture becomes to change easily. However, if youth culture is affected by wrong social culture, it brings about bad results. Rising juvenile delinquency is one of good examples. Before establishing right values, youth are easily influenced by bad culture and have more possibility to commit a crime. So, the important thing is not punishing them like adult unconditionally but giving them chance to enlighten their fault.

    4. --------------------------------------------

    5. The Bloomberg administration plans to merge the city’s Department of Juvenile Justice into its child welfare agency, signaling a more therapeutic approach toward delinquency that will send fewer of the city’s troubled teenagers to jail. City officials said that under the new arrangement, youths who commit crimes but are not considered dangerous will have easier access to an expanding assortment of in-home programs managed by the Administration for Children’s Services, the child welfare agency. This will allow them to stay in their neighborhoods with their families while following a strict set of rules requiring them to stay out of trouble, keep curfews and meet educational goals, officials said.

3.I agree with opnions that government take heavier measures than now laws related to juvenile delinquency but in my thinking equiping survellance system have a possiblity of misuse like a invasion of student's privacy.I think that if the law have a possiblity of misuse just one thing even if it's so small damage to society or people it can not be legeslated.

5.The authorities are considering installing surveillance cameras in some schools` dark zones as part of its countermeasures against increasing gang violence and bullying by students.

    2. Korean Youth are mama's kids

    3. When I was staying in London, I could have a chance to meet a lot of teenagers from Europe. Despite their age, they were quite independent and mature, comparing with me or general teenagers in Korea. This article shows that Korean Youth tend to live off their parents instead of living on their own. It shows one of the problems of Korean society. Students can't afford to their college tuition by doing part time jobs - thanks to their low wages. So they want their parent to pay their tuition. Same with wedding cost. They can't afford to buy or to rent a house -especially in Seoul- with their salary. I think it'll be a more serious problem in 5~10 years.

    ---------------------------------------------------

It seems that most teenagers and young people here are mama's kids in some sense ― they think it is natural that their parents should pay for their college tuition as well as their wedding.

    2. Camp for youth

    3. A lot of juvenile delinquent will learn many things and they have chances to look behind their life they have been lived. Actually, anyone had spent hard time in their adolescent period and been in wrong direction. But I think they may need other's attention rather than punishment. I had tutored some students. There were some students who was troublemaker. But I found out they have something in common. They were lack of attentions of others. So, I think this event is really helpful for them to get right direction for their future life. For this event they can experience traditional culture and learn cooperation with their peers. I hope this kind of events are made for youth. So, it can prevent a lot of teenagers to go to wrong direction.

    4.-----------------------------------------------

    5. Some of the most common, mainstream forms of youth rehabilitation in corrections systems include community service, or punishment, or paying fines - paying some sort of debt to society.
The Little River Band of Ottawa Indians will soon be offering an alternative. Their approach is more culturally-rooted. In the spring they will begin a four-day camp in an effort to reacquaint youth with the cultural and traditional lifestyles and beliefs of their ancestors. In doing so, the tribe hopes that the youth's behavioral problems - believed to be in part the result of the generationally - reinforced disconnect from tribal custom and spirituality - can be therapeutically remedied.

    2. Issues about sex relationships in teens.

    3. I found a interesting research about effect of teen's sexual relationships. The article said sex relationship in teens doesn't really have something to do with their school acheivement in their school. I agree to that point of the article. Maybe , emotinally or biologically teens who have sex relationship would feel better and can concentrate on study balancely. However, the most important thing is right sex-education should precede. If not, it can cause really serious ruin entire life of teens. Just imagine teens' pragnant with no responsibility, it sounds terrible. It would be problem not only for new-born babies but also for teens' them selves: new-born babies parents, they have to quit thier studying or preparing activity for their life. Precisely, my point is this: right and practical education about sex like avoiding unwanted pregnant should be premised.

    ---------------------

Teen Sex Not Always Bad for School Performance By AP / ALICIA CHANG
(LOS ANGELES) — There's good news for parents who worry that their teenagers' sex lives are affecting their school performance: A provocative new study has found that teens in committed relationships do no better or worse in school than those who don't have sex. The same isn't true for teens who "hook up." Researchers found that those who have casual flings get lower grades and have more school-related problems compared with those who abstain. (See pictures of a diverse group of American teens.)The findings, presented Sunday at a meeting of the American Sociological Association in Atlanta, challenge to some extent assumptions that sexually active teens tend to do poorer in school. It's not so much whether a teen has sex that determines academic success, the researchers say, but the type of sexual relationship they're engaged in. Teens in serious relationships may find social and emotional support in their sex partners, reducing their anxiety and stress levels in life and in school.

    3. Today is global generation. However we can say that after we know waht we are. Youths are busy of knowing their culture. But they have to know what priority is. To make their culture strong, they have to know their true identity.

    ---------------
But despite the spectacles behind commemorating these watershed events, Korean history is becoming less important for Korean students to the growing alarm of the public.

“Since none of the materials covered in Korean history class can be applied to my college admission, I do not see the necessity of learning it.” said Park, a high school senior at Ewha Girls’ Foreign Language High School who wished to remain anonymous.

It’s a widespread attitude among many Korean students, creating worry that a generation of Koreans will grow up ignorant of their own history.

3.I think All history is really important, of course, our history is the most important part for us. But these days, unfortunately, many teenagers dont know exactly about our history. They study for only exams. I was too When i was in middle school and high school. And Thedy think studying history is really boring, and need to memorize all stuffs. But Korea have really long history. And we have really impressive history too. Thats why we are exists in this world. So we should study our impressive history, and We should know about our brilliant forefathers. I hope that teenagers should study more about history, not for only exams.

A television news program, “News Who,” recently tested highly ranked high school students on Korean history. Consisting of 10 middle school-level questions, the average test score was just 5.9 out of 10. When the show’s producers visited a high school in Seoul, they found only three out of a total 360 students were enrolled in a Korean history class.

But It was more interesting after I decided to take a 'Youth Culture'class. Young population's existence is threatened. If there's no young people in this counrty, that will be terrible. Young Population Continues to Shrink

    Write 2010-09-03 12:30:15 Update 2010-09-03 14:21:52

The nation’s young population is continuously dwindling due to low birthrates.

Statistics Korea said Friday that the number of people ages nine to 24 stood at around ten-million 280-thousand this year, accounting for a little over 21 percent of the nation’s entire population.

The figure is down 15 percent compared to the period between 1978 and 1979, when teenagers accounted for more than 36 percent of the total population in the wake of the baby boom.

Experts say that if the low birthrate continues, the number of people ages nine to 24 as a percentage of the entire population could drop to below 20 percent by 2015 and plunge to 15-point-eight percent by 2025.

The government says it is exerting its best efforts toward resolving the nation’s low birthrate, citing that young people power a nation’s social and economic dynamism.

    2.An alternative to public schools

3.Nowadays, society changes variety. Every people have different sight. Of course teenagers too. Especially in teenagers, They want to study variety things. Someone want to study music, and Someone want to study dance..or etc. But in korea, almost students have to study same things and have to receive great grade from exams. When I saw this article, I thought They had really precious time at their school. They can study more about what they want. I hope every korea students can study what they want.

    -------------------------

On the first day of March, a group of students, parents and teachers spent the afternoon before the first day of classes mingling with each other at a get-together in Taebong High School’s dormitory.

Some parents who arrived earlier even cleaned the toilets and spruced up the corridors of the building.

It was an unusual scene in the education world, as most students don’t hang out with teachers before school starts.

But this isn’t your typical school.

Taebong, located in Masan, South Gyeongsang, is the country’s first public alternative boarding school to accept students this year.

The purpose of the gathering was to help students, parents and teachers break the ice in an effort to maximize the education experience and convince students that coming to school can actually be fun rather than burdensome.

A few days later, after classes began, the school held a party to kick off the semester.

During the entrance ceremony celebration, school teachers even washed the feet of students.

“The ritual of foot washing is intended to give students the impression that they are valuable people,” said school headmaster Yeo Tae-jeon. “As part of the entrance ceremony, parents and teachers wash the feet of students. But in the graduation ceremony they will reverse their roles.”

    --------------------------------------------

    5. It is now established beyond doubt that New York's juvenile justice system is in desperate need of reform. As New York City Commissioners John Mattingly and Vincent Schiraldi put it so eloquently and convincingly in their Aug. 24 commentary, "Wrong way to punish youths," our system of incarcerating juveniles is a failure on many levels. It is both enormously expensive and largely ineffective in terms of deterring future criminal behavior.

    2. Teen's Suicide

    3. I have concerned about teen's suicide. Last year 202 teens killed theirself. In my opion, main cause of teen's suicide is personal matters. But I was wrong. According the statistics, the highest percentage of teen's suicide cause is family trouble. That is, we should consider about external factors surrounding teens. Teens are too emotional and they act impulsively. So I think, they need education in regard to suicide.

    -------------------------------

The number of teenage suicides increased by nearly 50 percent from a year earlier to exceed 200 last year, with many of the reasons unknown.
A total of 202 elementary, middle and high school students committed suicide in 2009, Rep. Kim Choon-jin of the Democratic Party said Sunday in his analysis report to the parliamentary education committee.

A total of 202 elementary, middle and high school students committed suicide in 2009, Rep. Kim Choon-jin of the Democratic Party said Sunday in his analysis report to the parliamentary education committee.

The figure is a 47 percent increase from 137 in the previous year. After slight fluctuations in recent years, the number of teenage suicide cases surpassed 200 for the first time.

High school students accounted for the greatest number of teen suicides, with 140 of the total. Middle school students and elementary school students made up 28 percent and 3 percent, respectively.

Kim urged that the government work out more sophisticated prevention measures, saying that no specific reasons were found in nearly 30 percent of the cases.

“A trigger issue prompts suicide in teenagers who live in a complicated situation involving family and school. Considering that 29 percent of the cases occur without the reasons verified by teachers and family members, more sophisticated efforts are needed for prevention,” he said.

According to his report, many of the teenage suicide cases, or 34 percent, were related to family affairs.

Other reasons included depression at 13 percent, frustration about school grades at 11 percent, relationships at 6 percent, disease or appearance at 3 percent and school violence at 2 percent.

    2. Entertainer's behaviors & actions are totally effected to teenagers.

    3. I would say that entertainers who mostly on Tv are really effected to teenagers.
i mean korea used to be a old fashioned country.
and nowadays we are changing to be a openminded country. cause of globalism.
as we know korea's internet system is really developed. cause of a development of internet
we could get closed with other countries. so we can meet new people from aborad more easily
than before by penpal or twitter or facebook……. and so on.
via this stuff, we could learn other language more easily, and we can talk we can trade
our cultures.etc since we can do all of this by internet teenagers in korea ( I would say Korea)
had conflict with elders and teenagers. i mean difference of cultures

teenagers are getting openminded and admire westerns culture. for example openminded with
sexual relationship or gays or lesbians something which teenagers always have curious about.
i read some news article about our entertainer as known as 'Taeyang'(=means sun.)
he is really famous singer and also included in top ranked famous singing group.
few days ago he was singing in korean program and he was wearing "fuck you" T- shirts
and people, actually fans and news writers keep talking about his T- shirts. cause
everyone knows that this little thing could effect to teenagers and people who watched
    that program.
i mean 'fuck you' can be little joke with our own friends but for public, it has meaning
    that make people feel bad.
and this is what fans and news writer think and talk about.
he apologized but public are keep talking about his behavior ( i mean wearing T-shirt which
    says fuck you)

what i want say is.. because of globalism korea is struggle with cultural stuff.
being openminded or go old fashioned like before.

    2. seriousness of decreasing young population.

    3. When I was looking for some articles to post, this article showing to me. After I read this article I was shocked. I know this problem already has been a big problem. But It was more interesting after I decided to take a 'Youth Culture'class. Young population's existence is threatened. If there's no young people in this counrty, that will be terrible. And also we don't need to learned about there culure. Now we have to think about that situation before we start learning their culture I think. That is why I post this article as a first.

3.Nowadays, teenagers are listening to music using MP3 player everyday in their life. I think that's the problem. Earphones make their ears difficulty in hearing. But, they don't know their ears getting bad slowly. I often listen to music through the MP3 player, and sometimes when I listen to music very long I realize my ears be deafened. We have to take off the earphone sometimes. Then, we can protect our ears. Music makes us happy sometimes, but makes our ears bad sometimes.

5.Researchers said that excessive using Earphone when we are teenagers can give us hearing impairment when we are adult. So, they said prevention is important decreasing our amount of earphone used.

    2. Will StarCraft II trigger a secondary boom?
    (Among the youth generation)

    3. You know, South Korea is one of the IT countries in the world. Especially online game market has been developed a lot. Back in 1998, Korean people created a unique culture for the use of computers called PC bang(internet café). Among Korean youth, they just started playing lots of online games such as Diablo and Starcraft. Honestly I got used to. After school, for teens, it is easily exposed to PC bang culture. Of course, stressing out from their study is definitely needed. Getting some buddies and going to PC bang should be fun. Nevertheless there are two negative aspects of this PC bang culture First of all teens could be addicted by bunch of violent and erotic games. It may affect teen’s behavior and cause some crimes.
Second of all, through online gaming, youth online game users feel like sharing alternate realities with the other users. It may be the second life but doesn’t mean that it happens to the real world.
Despite of above two negative aspects, Starcraft II may be popularized by the youth.
Hopefully my answer is “Probably not!”

    -----------------------------

5.The advent of real-time strategy game StarCraft greatly boosted the country’s high-tech industry around 10 years ago. Presently, all eyes are on its sequel, which was commercially released worldwide last week.

through this article, Plastic surgery, forced dieting, missing school and long working hours is good example. but i think they are inevitable situation. in other words, whether they want to know dangerous conditions are accepted by superiors. however i think we have to change mind about them. because they more than painful themselves.

    ---------------------------------

Being a teen entertainer in Korea demands more than talent and effort. At least one out of every 10 young entertainers is sexually objectified by their superiors, including being forced to reveal certain body parts and receive plastic surgery, a government survey said Monday.

Kim Ki-hun, a research fellow at the Youth Policy Analysis and Evaluation Center, said the problems young entertainers face now can have a life-long impact. “Many of them experience 'sexual objectification' without knowing they are victimized,” Kim told The Korea Herald. “There has to be a legal safety net so they can enjoy their basic rights as teenagers, such as access to education.”

On Monday, Gender and Family Minister Paik Hee-young told reporters the ministry will “draw measures against sexualization of young entertainers.” The Youth Policy Analysis and Evaluation Center will hold a seminar to brainstorm possible measures to protect the teens ― from legal sanctions to education rights and support networks ― on Thursday.

3.I think that the young teens was easily exposed the drug in our world. popularly teenager lack of understanding perception of drug.
they don't know this daugerous effect. they just feeling of euphoria and sedation
they must know this possibility of danger.
The adult educate the danger of drug for teenager.

    5. Cases of young teens abusing prescription drugs are increasing.
young people don't understand that even if they are prescribed a drug but bring it to school in something other than its proper container, they can be arrested.
young people don't understand the danger they present to their friends when they give them a pill.
Young people break into cars or houses to steal items to sell for cash to buy drugs, he said, or to take drugs from medicine chests.
Many kids are getting drugs from their friends' and relatives' medicine cabinets.

"They look, they find them, and they take them,'' Rostenberg said. "Obviously, the supply influences how much they're used. It's just that these are very dangerous drugs."
"There are a lot of opiates around here. Indirectly, I know of 175 people who are being treated with Soboxone," Rostenberg said about the narcotic prescription medication used to treat opioid dependence.
One of the problems with pills is that they're easy to conceal. Alcohol and marijuana have an odor, but unless a kid gets sick at school (pill use is) harder to detect."

But prescriptions are part of American life.

"There's a perception that it's medicine," DeLuca said. "It's part of our culture to take a pill. I'll hear from the kids that they don't perceive it to be dangerous if it's medicine from the doctor, even if it's for their brother.''

5.Bright-minded youths gathered in Seoul on Saturday to rock the foundation of Korean education and make it their own.

During the TEDxYouthSeoul at the Victoria Theater in Everland Resort, participating teenagers showed that there is something above and beyond the simplicity of good grades and high scores.

The event opened with a powerful clip of Adora Svitak, child prodigy and short story writer since shw was 7, talking about what adults can learn from children.

Following that idea, several high school sophomores from Korean International School created the first ever TEDxYouth event in Korea. It is the first ever TEDxYouth event organized by youth.

Fifteen speakers, some of the most ambitious teens in Korea, gave a wide variety of speeches. One advocated multiracial awareness through the Pearl Buck Student Association and another asked the Korean youth to “find their color” through her Unique-ify project.

TEDxYouthSeoul gave off an aura of creativity, individuality and uniqueness. These are words not usually synonymous with Korean education.

“I think that this side of education that values diverse experiences is going to be a big factor in Korean education,” said Kwon Min-ae, organizer and founder of TEDxYouthSeoul.

“Colleges are already changing their trends, not only are they accepting just scores but they are also looking for other extracurricular activities,” said Kwon.

A participant explains her Unique-ify Project at the TEDxYouthSeoul event on Saturday. Robert Lee/The Korea Herald

Other staff wanted to redefine success.

“I want them (audience) to experience and know that they are capable of carrying out their dream and not just doing something they need in order to live or just for money but something that they want to do,” said Park Hyun-kyu, volunteer for the event.

“I want this event to be a chance for students to open up their mind, absorb innovative ideas, be inspired and break away from just studying,” said Kwon’s mother, Kim Soh-yeon.

For others it was about speaking out. Michelle Oh, designer for the event, said that the youth rarely get to spread their ideas and thoughts, but this event offers that forum.

For the staff, this was their first time planning a big event but despite hardships they were able to organize one for 400 people in little more than two months.

“I thought it was going to be easy, but it was really difficult and a lot of mistakes came up,” said John Jo, event coordinator.

“I thought the deadlines were really hard because I had to do my schoolwork on top of making ticket layouts and other stuff,” said the designer, Lee Su-min.

Speakers at the event were mainly in their teens and early twenties. They came up and dazzled the audience with their innovative ideas and creativity.

Cheong Jun-young started out as a normal high school student in the U.S. but a small curiosity in hand cream eventually led him to file two patents using neem oil. He gave a speech about following even the smallest curiosities. TEDxYouthSeoul plans to hold more events in the future, both big and small. TEDx are independent events licensed by TED to deliver an experience similar to TED.

TED ― or technology, entertainment and design ― started in 1984 as a conference to bring people together who share the same curiosity of knowledge. Now the program includes science, the arts and global issues.

    3. Nowadays, We can see many foreigners anywhere.
Of course, we can see not only white people
but also asian people(here means like from vietnam, philippines..etc) So, now, Many korean guys marry other asian girls. But especially korean have prejudice except white race people.
Especially to other asian people. I dont know exactly, but I think some koreans ignore them. It is really bad behavior, and we should change this problem. In the future, more various race will appear in korea. Like half-blood people.
So We should teach to our children How to treat them. And we should remind that We are just equal.

    -------------------------------
It seems Korean society still has a long way to go before it is truly accepting of diversity. Although there are opportunities everywhere in Seoul to interact with foreigners nowadays, the children of migrant workers, multicultural families and North Korean defectors still bear a huge burden.

“One day I visited a sick friend at the hospital and her mother tried to report me to the police because I was a foreigner,” said one middle school student from Mongolia. “She also warned me never to hang out with my friend again.”

Since June, a group of 16 teenagers from Mongolia, North Korea, Russia, Taiwan and Vietnam, together with 11 Korean teenagers, has hosted several talks on how Korean society can better deal with prejudice and discrimination against non-Koreans. They announced their conclusions at an event on Thursday, titled “A debate among teenagers from multicultural and defector families on the social integration of Korea,” hosted by the Rainbow Youth Center and the National Assembly’s Forum on the Future of Teenagers.

    2. Hearing Loss Grows Among Teenagers

    3. Teenagers in current times have worse hearing ability than past. Researchers in this news can't say why they do, but I think two factors has resulted this phenomena. First, It is about Urbanization. More and more society has been developed, society is filled with a lot of loud sound like car crossing roads, building constuction, and advertising in various medium etc. whether they want or not. So, People including teenagers are inclined to loss hearing ability.
Second, teenagers engage in their own life. they are no more stay with people. There are no time that teens communicate others. mp3 player is good means. it is common between teenagers. teenagers listen to music when they walk or take transportaions without rest for ears. I think it is problem not only about teens' health but also their mental growth. It is too heartless.

    ----------------------------------------------------------------

Childhood: Hearing Loss Grows Among Teenagers

    Health Guide: Hearing Loss
More Vital Signs ColumnsThe new study, published Wednesday in The Journal of the American Medical Association, analyzed data on about 1,771 youngsters aged 12 to 19 who participated in the National Health and Nutrition Examination Survey of 2005-6, and compared the prevalence of hearing loss with that of youngsters who took part in the survey in 1988-94.

The percentage with at least slight hearing loss increased by 30 percent, to 19.5 percent from 14.9 percent in the earlier study. For most the hearing loss is slight enough they may not even notice.

The number with greater hearing loss ? called mild hearing loss ? has also increased, from 1 in 30 teenagers a decade ago to 1 in 20 teens in 2005-6, the study found. With mild hearing loss, one might not be able to hear a person whispering in one’s ear.

Researchers could not explain why hearing loss had become more prevalent, and did not find a significant association with exposure to loud noise. But youngsters often say they are not being exposed to loud noise because they are simply unaware they are listening to music at dangerously high levels, said the paper’s lead author, Dr. Josef Shargorodsky, of the Channing Laboratory at Brigham and Women’s Hospital.

    2.Teenage suicide increases 50%
3.I cant believe that when i saw this article.
Teenage suicide increases 50%. It is really
big deal i think. Nowadays, Teenager have many
troubles. Of course, We also had many trouble
When we were teenager. I think, nowadays
korea teenager are really pity. Especially,
They received too much pressure from their
    family, or friend(violence things)
And I think, In an adolescent period, Family role is really important. They need just much of intention. Nowadays many parents are contributing to the family income, and many of family have troubles. Like divorce..or etc. So Many teenager dont receive intention from their home. We should care about them sincerely. Although they dont receive intention from their home, Society should care about them, like school. They just need intention.

    ------------------------

The number of teenage suicides increased by nearly 50 percent from a year earlier to exceed 200 last year, with many of the reasons unknown.

A total of 202 elementary, middle and high school students committed suicide in 2009, Rep. Kim Choon-jin of the Democratic Party said Sunday in his analysis report to the parliamentary education committee.

    3. because of smart phone, wifi system, internet and so on... being popuplar people started to use them more efficiently. now people invent applications which is satisfying users. like 'road view system'. road view system is like a map but they are showing pictures which is real ones I mean that application is offering people real road view pictures so that make people to can find some places which they want to go easily. the problem is that road view system is showing every places picture like brothel. now some people says that they should not offer that pictures and that services. and I think that's totally nonesense. I don't know what people think about thesedays teenagers.. they are more open minded than elders now. they know what it is what that's that I mean they know most of things that their parents doesn't want to talk about . for example sex stuff. people says this picture could influenced to teenagers and kids. yes , perhaps but I think even though they are not offering that service, that doesn't mean we are destroying that culture ( I mean hooker street). I think people shouldn't blame application maker, we have to think about other method that we can protect teenagers and kids from this stuff. like put our identify number so that they can know someone who try to access is a adult..

naver 'road view service' is showing every harm information to everyone even though for kids -> and now users are talking about they shouldn't offer that service...
